The JR EAST Travel Service Center is located at Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station on the Tokyo Monorail line. The staff provides information in English about tickets for travelers during their stay in Japan. They also provide assistance with JR EAST's extensive transportation network serving the Tokyo area and northern Honshu including the Shinkansen bullet trains and express trains. You can redeem your Exchange Orders for a JR pass or make a purchase. We hope you will visit the JR EAST Travel Service Center in Haneda Airport, gateway to Japan.

Once you pass through the ticket gate next to the Center, central Tokyo and Hamamatsucho Station are as close as 14 minutes away on the Tokyo Monorail. From Hamamatsucho, travelers can ride the Yamanote Line, through which they can access many other JR East lines.
