[Notice for Passengers Traveling Between Tokyo and Yamagata/Shinjō]

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to many customers, especially those using the Tsubasa service, due to the vehicle malfunction of the Yamagata Shinkansen E8 series that occurred on June 17. 
Regarding regular trains (those operating daily), service has resumed on the normal schedule as of Friday, August 1. However, please note that on August 1 only, some regular trains will be suspended.

Please note that the number of special trains in operation will be reduced from the originally announced schedule.

【致使用東京方向⇔山形・新庄方向的旅客之通知】

因6月17日發生的山形新幹線E8系車輛故障，對使用「翼號」的旅客以及眾多旅客造成不便與困擾，我們深表歉意。 

自8月1日（星期五）起，關於定期列車（每日運行的列車）已恢復以常規時間表運行。但部分普通列車僅在8月1日當天停駛。至於臨時列車，將比原先公布的班次減少運行。 詳細資訊請參閱下方連結。

【도쿄 방면⇔야마가타・신조 방면을 이용하시는 고객님께 안내 말씀】

 

6월 17일에 발생한 야마가타 신칸센 E8계 차량 고장으로 인해, 츠바사호를 이용하신 고객님을 비롯하여 많은 분들께 불편과 걱정을 끼쳐드린 점 깊이 사과드립니다. 
정기 열차(매일 운행하는 열차)는 8월 1일(금)부터 정상 시간표로 운행을 재개하지만, 8월 1일에 한해 일부 정기 열차는 운휴가 발생합니다. 임시 열차는 사전에 안내된 열차에서 운행 횟수를 줄여 운행합니다. 자세한 운행 계획은 안내문 내 링크를 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
