[Information for Passengers Traveling on the Yamagata Shinkansen Tsubasa]

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to many customers, especially those using the Tsubasa service, due to the vehicle malfunction of the Yamagata Shinkansen E8 series that occurred on June 17.

Regular trains on the Yamagata Shinkansen (those operating daily) are running as scheduled. However, some extra (non-regular) trains have been suspended.We previously announced the operation plan for extra trains through August 31.

As of August 8, additional extra trains will be scheduled for the following dates: August 16–19, 22–24, 30, and 31.

The operation plan for extra trains from Monday, September 1 onward will be announced as soon as it is finalized.

・Special trains operating until August 31: Currently on sale

※Tickets for the additional extra trains scheduled between August 16 and August 31 (announced on August 8) will go on sale at 5:00 AM on Saturday, August 9.

・Special trains from September 1 onward: Will be announced once the schedule is finalized.

【致搭乘山形新幹線翼號的旅客的通知】

因6月17日發生的山形新幹線E8系車輛故障，對使用「翼號」的旅客以及眾多旅客造成不便與困擾，我們深表歉意。

山形新幹線的定期列車（每日運行的列車）照常運行，但部分臨時列車已暫停運行。

我們已公告至8月31日的臨時列車運行計劃，並於8月8日追加公告：在8月16日至19日、22日至24日、30日及31日將增開部分臨時列車。

包含新增列車在內的臨時列車運行計劃，請參閱以下資訊。

【致乘坐山形新干线翼号的旅客的通知】

由于6月17日发生的山形新干线E8系车辆故障，给使用“翼号”的旅客以及众多旅客带来了不便和担忧，我们深表歉意。

关于山形新干线的定期列车（每日运行的列车），自8月1日（星期五）起已恢复正常时刻表运行。临时列车方面，将减少原先公布的运行班次。详情请参阅下方信息。

【야마가타 신칸센 쓰바사호를 이용하시는 고객님께 안내 말씀드립니다】

6월 17일에 발생한 야마가타 신칸센 E8계 차량 고장으로 인해, 츠바사호를 이용하신 고객님을 비롯하여 많은 분들께 불편과 걱정을 끼쳐드린 점 깊이 사과드립니다.

야마가타 신칸센의 정기 열차(매일 운행되는 열차)는 평소대로 운행되고 있습니다. 그러나 일부 임시 열차는 운휴되고 있습니다.8월 31일까지의 임시 열차 운행 계획은 이미 안내드린 바 있으며, 8월 16일~19일, 22일~24일, 30일, 31일에는 추가로 임시 열차가 편성됩니다(8월 8일 안내).

추가된 열차를 포함한 임시 열차의 운행 계획은 아래 내용을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
