One of these incredible treats is our salted chocolate, made with sun-dried salt through the Agehama method, which has been passed down in the Noto Peninsula for over 500 years. This technique brings out the richness of the cacao and the sweetness of the chocolate for a decadent experience where melt-in-your-mouth chocolate harmonizes with the crunch of the salt. Pairs well with everything from coffee to wine, sake or cognac.
