JR EAST Travel Service Center(Shinagawa Station)は2025年3月19日（水）をもちまして営業終了となりました。長い間ご愛顧いただきありがとうございました。

2025年3月20日からWelcome Suicaの販売箇所は下記の通りとなります。
・JR東日本駅たびコンシェルジュ
成田空港駅、空港第2ビル駅、羽田空港第3ターミナル駅、東京、渋谷、新宿、池袋、上野、横浜、仙台
・Welcome Suica専用発売機
成田空港駅、空港第2ビル駅、羽田空港第3ターミナル駅
・JAPAN RAIL CAFE TOKYO
なおWelcome Suicaはお一人様原則1枚のみの発売とさせていただきます。

ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

From January 22, 2025, Welcome Suica will be sold at the following locations.
・ JR EAST Travel Service Center
Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station, Narita Airport Terminal 2・3 Station, Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station, Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ueno, Yokohama, Sendai
・ Welcome Suica vending machine
Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station, Narita Airport Terminal 2・3 Station, Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station
・ JAPAN RAIL CAFÉ TOKYO
Please note that in principle, only one Welcome Suica will be sold per person.
