    The number of passengers has decreased dramatically due to the impact of COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus). As a result, the sale of reserved seats for SAPHIR ODORIKO 3, 5, and 4 has been suspended for the period from Monday June 1 to Tuesday June 30.
    The decision to restart the sale of reserved seat tickets will be based on changes in the current situation and passenger trends.
    Please be aware that some trains may be cancelled.

  • The suspension of SAPHIR ODORIKO cafeteria and onboard sales services

    As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus), the SAPHIR ODORIKO cafeteria and onboard sales services have been suspended from Thursday April 9 to Sunday May 31. All orders made via SAPHIR Pay will be cancelled and payments will be reimbursed free of charge. We have stopped accepting orders until normal services resume. Thank you for your understanding.
