[Notice for Passengers Traveling Between Tokyo and Yamagata/Shinjō]

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to many customers, including those using the Tsubasa train, due to the vehicle malfunction of the Yamagata Shinkansen E8 series that occurred on June 17.

With the exception of some direct trains, the Yamagata Shinkansen has been operating by turning around at Fukushima Station towards Yamagata and Shinjo Station. However, now that the cause of the vehicle failure has been identified, measures have been implemented and regular trains will resume normal service on the regular schedule from Friday, August 1st.

〇Operation plan until July 31st

With the exception of three direct trains, the Yamagata Shinkansen is turning back at Fukushima Station towards Yamagata and Shinjo stations. Passengers travelling on the Yamagata Shinkansen (Tokyo to Yamagata and Shinjo) are therefore asked to transfer at Fukushima Station.

① Operation plan from August 1st (Fri) to August 8th (Fri)

・Regular trains (trains that run every day) will operate according to the normal timetable. However, on August 1st only, some regular trains will be suspended.

・Special trains will operate with a reduced number of trains than those previously announced.

② Operation schedule from Saturday, August 9th onwards

・Regular trains (trains that operate every day) will operate on the normal timetable.

・The operation schedule for special trains will be announced around Monday, July 28th.

〇Reserved seat ticket sales start date

For trains that have already been confirmed to operate, reserved seats will go on sale according to the following schedule.

【東京方向⇔山形・新庄方向旅客須知】

因2025年6月17日山形新幹線E8系列車故障，對搭乘「翼號」的旅客及其他眾多乘客造成不便與困擾，我們深表歉意。

目前，除部分直達列車外，山形新幹線所有列車均在福島站折返。由於故障原因已查明，並已採取相應措施，因此自8月1日（週五）起，普通列車將按照正常時間表運行。

山形新幹線除每日3班直達列車外，其餘列車皆於福島站折返運行。因此，東京⇔山形・新庄方向的旅客請於福島站換乘。

【도쿄 방면⇔야마가타・신조 방면을 이용하시는 고객님께 안내 말씀】

6월 17일에 발생한 야마가타 신칸센 E8계의 차량 고장에 의해, 츠바사호를 이용의 고객을 비롯해, 많은 고객에게 폐와 걱정을 걸고 있는 것을 깊이 사과드립니다. 야마가타 신칸센은 일부 직통 열차를 제외하고, 후쿠시마 역에서 야마가타·신조역 방면으로 되돌아 운전을 실시하고 있습니다만, 차량 고장의 원인이 판명된 것으로부터, 대책을 실시한 다음에 8월 1일(금)부터 정기 열차에 대해서는 통상 다이어에서의 운전을 재개합니다.

〇07월 31일까지의 운전 계획에 대해서

야마가타 신칸센은 3 왕복 직통 열차를 제외하고 후쿠시마 역에서 야마가타 · 신조 역 방면으로 되돌아 운전을 실시하고 있기 때문에, 야마가타 신칸센(도쿄 방면⇔야마가타·신조 방면)을 이용하시는 고객님은 후쿠시마역에서 환승을 부탁드립니다. 후쿠시마 역에서의 환승 및 7월 31일까지의 운전 계획의 상세한 것에 대하여는, 이하의 링크처를 확인해 주세요.
