The Kuramori is a service counter with plenty of local sake, snacks and other fine products available.

How to purchase Travel Packages (Car no. 1)
Meals and other services are available in the travel packages (Car no. 1).
To purchase, please use the advance reservation service "Joyful Trains Reservation Site" (Japanese only).
- *We do not handle at JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi)
- *Some boarding dates listed in the service calendar may not have travel packages set, or may not be available for reservation on the Joyful Trains Reservation Site because they are sold by another travel agency.
ご乗車には乗車券（またはPASS）に加え、指定席券が必要です。（3号車）

オンラインでの新規購入方法

JR-EAST Train Reservation別ウィンドウで開きますへアクセスし、「Purchase tickets」をクリックします。

Ride Joyful Trainsの「Joyful Trains」をクリックします。

乗りたい列車を選択します。

選択した列車の車両・座席タイプ（グリーン車、ボックス席等）、および路線を選択します。

「Reserve Now」をクリックして予約詳細へと進みます。

乗車したい日付、乗車駅、降車駅、乗車する大人、子どもの人数を入力して「Reserve Now」クリックします。

乗車可能な列車の時間帯を選択して、乗りたい列車があればその列車のラジオボタンを選択。「Select」をクリックします。
他の時間帯を選びたい場合は、「Previous train」または「Next train」のどちらかを選択することで、前後の時間帯の列車を表示できます。

購入内容を確認し、問題がなければ、「Buy Tickets」をクリックして購入画面へ進んでください。

購入へ進むためには「JR EAST Train Reservation」の会員登録が必要となります。

If you are using a JR EAST rail pass such as the JAPAN RAIL PASS or JR EAST PASS within the free area, you can reserve reserved seat without paying an additional fee.
Please reserve reserved seat (free of charge) at the ticket office or online.

2. 指定席券の予約方法（すでにパスを保持している方）
JARAN RAIL PASSやJR EAST PASS等の、JR東日本の鉄道パスをお持ちの方は、指定席券のご予約のみでご乗車いただけます。
Seat reservations are available from 10:00 one month before the departure date at the ticket offices (Midori-no-Madoguchi) or reserved seat ticket vending machine of key stations, or from the JR-East Train Reservation website別ウィンドウで開きます. (*Reserved seat ticket vending machines open at 10:10 a.m.)
