The Keihin-Tohoku Line will use the Yamanote Line tracks
between Tabata and Tamachi and operate as a local service, stopping at all stations.
- Both the Keihin-Tohoku Line and Yamanote Line will operate with their usual number of trains.
- Alternative transportation via other railway companies will not be provided.
