July 1 (JST), some users experienced difficulties launching Welcome Suica Mobile app and topping up.
The issue has now been resolved, and the service is currently operating normally.

・Top up from the Welcome Suica Mobile app or Wallet app.
・Purchase of Suica Green Car Tickets
・Purchase of a Pass
・Receiving/restoring a Suica in the Wallet app (reissue/resetup)
・Device change, reissue, and membership cancellation (account closure)

You cannot use this app unless you turn on location information. Even if you have turned on location information, there are some countries where there are restrictions on issuing or topping up Suica. In that case, please try again after entering Japan.
