Here are guides on changing from your current iPhone/Apple Watch to a new one (and transferring Suica information).

Device loss, theft, and damage

If your iPhone is lost or stolen, our support center can suspend your Suica.
After suspending its usage, you can re-register the Suica on another iPhone.

If your Suica expires

If your Suica expires, any remaining SF balance will become invalid.
Note that expired SF balances cannot be refunded.
To issue a new Suica on the Welcome Suica Mobile app, please delete the card from your Wallet app and then proceed with the issuing process again.
