Purchasing Passes

Passes can only be purchased on the day they will be used and cannot be purchased in advance.
Payments can only be made via Apple Pay.

Refunding Passes

Passes that are no longer needed after purchase can be refunded through the Welcome Suica Mobile app, provided they are unused and within the valid period (on the day of purchase). A handling fee will be charged. The procedure is only available during the service's operating hours.

Note

  • Please purchase passes on the day you will use them. (They are not sold in advance.)
  • Passes can only be purchased with your Suica before passing through the ticket gates.
  • You cannot buy a new pass if your Suica already has a valid pass applied.
  • Refunds will not be given even if you accidentally purchase a pass.
