For foreigners who wish to have a consultation

Notes on consultations

Based on the doctor's consultation, we will perform examinations and treatments, and we will charge you according to the results.
If your native language is other than Japanese, please bring someone who can translate.

  • If there is no interpreter, the conversation will be via a translation application.

If you do not come to the reception by 11:00 am, you will not be able to have a consultation.

After the consultation, please pay by cash (Japanese yen) or credit card.

Because we make our claims in accordance with the Japanese medical insurance system, we cannot provide any discounts.

For reference, the average payment amount for foreign outpatients is about 20, 000 yen (for those who are not covered by public insurance).
