JR East Group to Reorganize Operations
East Japan Railway Company

The East Japan Railway (JR East) Group is reorganizing its group business to enhance competitiveness in the lifestyle business area.
As part of this effort, the shopping center operations of Ikebukuro Terminal Building Co., Ltd. will be transferred to LUMINE Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2010, and the former will be merged with JR East Facility Management Co., Ltd.
The JR East Group will continue its efforts to enhance group competitiveness and overall strength to ensure sustained growth and create customer value while spurring regional development and maximizing property value.
