~Tokyo Station City~
GranTokyo North Tower and GranTokyo South Tower Completed

GranTokyo North Tower (Phase I) and GranTokyo South Tower, two 200-m high-rise buildings, have been completed in the Yaesu Exit area of Tokyo Station City, providing a new face for Metropolitan Tokyo, as well as a center for this international city. Tokyo Station City is now carrying forward the heritage of the past century while building the century to come.
- Construction of the GranTokyo North Tower (Phase I) and GranTokyo South Tower at the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station has been carried out by East Japan Railway Company, Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., Kajima Yaesu Kaihatsu Co., Ltd., and Nippon Oil Corporation. The long-anticipated completion of these structures was reached at the end of October, and now tenants will begin moving in on Nov. 1.
- Major corporations from various sectors of industry will occupy the office zone. In the commercial section, a Daimaru department store will open in the GranTokyo North Tower and the GranAge restaurant complex will open in the GranTokyo South Tower on November 6.
- The development at Yaesu Exit will move forward from the first to the second phase (GranTokyo North Tower Phase II and the central wing, including GranRoof). The station plaza fronting on the Yaesu Exit will also be improved.
