Constructing an Information Network Connecting Office and Train Frontier Service Development Laboratory
Data transfer with train
We are installing a system for transmitting and receiving data, and constructing a network connecting the dispatcher’s office, vehicle depot, crew office and trains, in order to transmit information to trains when a train schedule is disrupted.
As a result, we can provide the train crew with information for operational changes (such as arrival platform) as planned by the dispatcher, as well as give information of train operators to the passengers.
Furthermore, by transmitting data (vehicle number, location, and crew names) from trains periodically, we can reschedule car operations at the depot, and crew operation at the crew office.
