Process From Application Through To Departure

  • Application
    Once you have choosen your preferred departure date please complete your application form on our website.
    * If there are more applications than space available, participants will be selected in a draw. You will be notified of the selection results by E-mail.
  • Application process&Payment
    Selected participants will receive an invoice for travel fare and additional information about the trip. Please pay the travel fare by credit card.
  • Pre arrival check
    We will ask you some questions based on your request regarding on-site plans, personal requests, health condition, allergies, etc by E-mail.
  • Final Itinerary(at least 2 weeks before departure)
    At least 2 weeks prior to your departure , we will send you the final itinerary by E-mail.
  • On the day of departure
    Your TRAIN SUITE SHIKI-SHIMA journey begins. Please come to our lounge Prologue SHIKI-SHIMA by the time indicated in the final itinerary.


*This reservation process is different from the “Seasons of Eastern Japan” Trip reservation process and the reservation process for additional suites.
