30オープンスペース世界や地域とつなぐエキマチ一体の都市基盤形成を目指し、高輪ゲートウェイ駅と街を一体的につなぐ空間を整備。駅前広場をはじめとする広場空間等のまっさらな新しいフィールドが、未来を創り出す“実験場”として、街での実験をサポートする。高輪ゲートウェイ駅日本の魅力を発信するために、日本の伝統的な折り紙をモチーフとした大屋根を、障子をイメージして「膜」や「木」等の素材を活用し、「和」を感じる空間づくりを目指した。膜屋根をランダムに折ることで、駅の多様な表情を生み出している。未来への布石Making preparations for tomorrow 首都圏と世界、国内と各都市をつなぐ広域交通結節点としての役割が強まっているエリアのまちづくりの核として、2020年３月に高輪ゲートウェイ駅が田町〜品川駅間に誕生しました。「Global Gateway」として世界中から先進的な企業と人材が集い、多様な交流から新たなビジネス・文化が生まれるまちづくりの実現に向けた検討を進めています。Born in March 2020 between Tamachi and Shinagawa Stations, Takanawa Gateway Station is growing importance as the transportation hub connecting Tokyo Metropolitan Area with other cities in Japan and throughout the world.
