Exit the Central Ticket Gate at JR Ikebukuro Station, head toward the West Exit, and take the escalator in the center of the West Exit to the 1st floor. (The ticket gates for each train line are on B1F.) If you turn right, you will find the Travel Service Center on the 1st floor of the West Exit at Ikebukuro Station.
