What is the most rewarding/interesting part of your current job?
We can contribute to the happiness of employees and their families by considering and creating work systems that are easier for employees to work in. When I start a new initiative like Work-cation, I try to do it myself first, and then share the information to other employees.
Question.03
What kind of work does the General Affairs do?
General Affairs work mainly includes inventory management, accounting, financial contracts (in charge of contract procedures), and human resource personnel in charge of planning, welfare, personnel affairs, and labor.
I am in charge of human resource and labor.
Question.04
Advice for job-hunting students!
Regardless of gender, nationality, age, or disability, we are a company where individuals can demonstrate their abilities and take on new challenges. There are times when it feels challenging, but my superiors and co-workers alwayssupport me, and I can always ask for help. Supporting the employees of an organization with more than 1,200 employees and transforming their work and work styles is really rewarding.
Question.05
Please tell us about your dreams and visions for the future!
As a part of the general affairs team working in the technical department, I would like to continue to create an environment where employees can work more comfortably. In addition, I will actively challenge myself to work that I have never experienced before and contribute to the growth of the company.
I practice Karate with my daughter who has started to learn it. I'm thinking that I should join the Karate’s game too after a long time not practicing.
