I am in charge of business for management and maintenance consulting in Jakarta MRT.
I am supporting the technical and management aspect of power systems maintenance in Jakarta MRT.
I conduct training and hold study sessions to improve MRT Jakarta employee's technical skills.
I am trying to improve their technical skills while maintaining Good Relationship.
Although being in the same industry, the structure and way of thinking are different between Japan and other countries.
The differences are not only due to culture and customs, but are also complicatedly entwined with laws and regulations.
These differences could not be experienced in Japan, so it is one of the interesting aspects about international jobs.
I think so receptiveness and curiosity.
I think that receptiveness is a skill necessary to find the optimal solution. Instead of forcing the Japanese way of doing things on other people, it is better to understand the situation of other people.
Experiences abroad can provide knowledge and experience that cannot be obtained in Japan.
We solve technical problems overseas through teamwork from Japan.
JR East also conducts technological exchanges with overseas railway operators.
Electrical System Integration Office provides site guidance and safety training for new stations under construction.
In 2022, we are offering free online English conversation classes and free TOEIC exams.
We are also working to increase the motivation of our employees to improve their English skills through measures such as TOEIC seminars.
