This pass allows unlimited rides on all lines of the Tokyo Monorail and on the non-reserved seats of ordinary cars (including rapid trains) within Tokyo's 23 wards.

Purchase Locations

Purchases can only be made via Welcome Suica Mobile.

  • Purchases can only be made on the day of use. There will be no advance sales.
  • Passes will not be sold at reserved seat ticket vending machines or at the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-Madoguchi).
  • You cannot purchase the Monorail & Tokyo Metropolitan District Pass (Tokunai Pass) in the following cases:
    • If you have already entered the ticket gate using Welcome Suica Mobile.

Terms of Use

  • You can board and exit freely from non-reserved seats in ordinary cars (including rapid trains) within the covered areas.
  • It is valid for one day only, as displayed on Welcome Suica Mobile.
  • You can not change the start date of the validity period.
  • It is valid only on the day of use (if it passes midnight, it is valid until the last train).

Refunds

  • If the pass is unused, refunds can be made within the Welcome Suica Mobile app up until 23:45 on the validity date. (A refund fee of 220 yen will be charged.)
  • No refunds will be given due to train cancellations or delays. Thank you for your understanding.
