From August 1st, the JR EAST Travel Service Center Shinjuku East Exit will be merged with the JR EAST Travel Service Center Shinjuku New South Exit. Please continue to use the JR EAST Travel Service Center Shinjuku New South Exit.
We will be operating with reduced hours on July 31st.
Hours of Operation
9:00 - 18:00 (Open all year round)
On July 31, 2026, the store will close at 4:00 PM.
From August 1st onwards, please use the JR EAST Travel Service Center at Shinjuku New South Exit.
