Introducing the Tohoku Japan Destination campaign

Tohoku Japan Destination campaign is a large-scale tourism campaign that combines the efforts of government agencies and tourism organizations throughout Tohoku’s six prefectures as well as companies such as the six JR companies.
This campaign marks the 10th anniversary of the Great Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami, and is being held to share the unique appeal of the area and show visitors the steps being taken toward recovery.
