Major points of note

The summer night sky is lit up in great beauty during the fireworks competition. Spreading over some 1.7 kilometers, the fireworks include 100 ball-shaped pieces that are launched in the Kome Hyappyo display, one of the many great spectacles to see. Over the course of the great two-day event, some 20,000 fireworks in many different shapes and sizes are launched into the night sky.
