GBP 250 million 5.250 per cent bonds due 2033

- East Japan Railway Company (JR East) launched its GBP 250 million 5.250% bonds due on 13 April 2033 (London time).
- It is the seventh time for JR East to issue foreign bonds. The last issuance was GBP 350 million (¥78.2985 billion) of 25-year bonds in December last year.
- Net proceeds of the issue of the bonds will be used for the repayment of long-term debt.
