| JR East is working on increasing the value of rolling stock to expand and create markets. As a part of those efforts, we are developing seats with more comfortable shapes and optimal air conditioning control to provide passengers with comfortable cabin spaces. We are also developing a vibration control system for greater ride comfort. |
