The central tourism area of Nasu Kogen is Yuai no Mori ("Friendly Forest") where visitors can see a distribution center with fresh fruits and vegetables, a farmer's market and restaurants that serve food made from local ingredients, Other attractions include an arts and crafts hall featuring handcrafted items, and many other opportunities to experience the food, culture and art of Nasu.

Shuttle Bus Kyubi
The Shuttle Bus Kyubi is a pleasure shuttle bus for seeing the sights in Nasu Kogen. One round takes approximately 45 minutes.
The Shuttle Bus Kyubi is a microbus and holds 28 people. Please understand that passengers will have to wait for the next bus in cases where the bus is filled to capacity.

Minamigaoka Dairy
Minamigaoka Dairy is a farm open year-round for anyone to visit. Parking and admission are free. Among the animals visitors can see close up are cows, sheep and horses, and delicious food is also served that is made from ingredients found only on a farm.

The Nasu Stained Glass Museum is built in the style of a medieval English manor house with painstaking attention to ensure all the fixtures and fittings are genuine. The interior is decorated with authentic stained glass primarily from the 1800s. The pleasant light and aroma accentuate the enjoyment of the tones that emanate from the pipe organ and music boxes.

For train travel from Tokyo to the Nasu Kogen, use a JR Kanto Area Pass.
- Good for unlimited travel for three days with reserved seats on Shinkansen, limited express and other regular trains for 8,000 yen.
