Two JR EAST Travel Service Centers are conveniently located in Narita Airport to assist non-Japanese tourists with all their travel needs. The English-speaking staff provides information about tickets and accommodations for travelers during their stay in Japan. They provide assistance with JR East's extensive transportation network serving the Tokyo area and northern Honshu including the Shinkansens (bullet trains) and express trains. You can redeem your Exchange Orders for JR EAST PASSES and Japan Rail Passes as well as purchase JR EAST PASSES at JR EAST Travel Service Centers, your Gateway to Japan.
At all other times, tickets can be purchased at JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-Madoguchi) located at the JR stations in Narita Airport Terminals 1 and 2.

We accept the following credit cards. Only cash (Japanese currency) can be used to recharge Suica cards.

JR EAST Travel Service Centers redeem Exchange Orders for JR East and Japan Rail Passes. We also sell JR EAST PASSES, an economical way to travel throughout Eastern Japan, and Hokkaido Rail Passes.
Exchange Orders can be exchanged for a JR EAST PASS or a Japan Rail Pass at JR EAST Travel Service Centers. Additionally, JR EAST PASSES, JR Kanto Area Passes and Hokkaido Rail Passes are available for purchase for savings on travel within the JR East service area.
